Danfoss Pressure Switch.
Danfoss pressure switch are one of the more commonly used fluid control components. When dealing with gases or liquids,
it is almost always necessary to control their pressure. They are usually used in paper machines, air compressors or pump sets.
Danfoss pressure switches use high-precision, high-stability pressure sensors and transmission circuits, and then use CPU
modular signal processing technology to realize the detection, display, alarm and control signal output of medium pressure signals,
which can be widely used in petroleum and chemical industries. It is used to measure and control the gauge pressure and absolute
pressure of various gases and liquids in the fields of metallurgy, electric power and water supply. It amplifies the pressure signal
through a high-precision instrument amplifier, collects and processes data through a high-speed MCU, and compensates with a
built-in precision sensor. It is a high-precision equipment that detects pressure and liquid level signals and realizes pressure and
liquid level monitoring and control.
KP series:
1. KP pressure switch is used in refrigeration and air conditioning system to avoid too low suction pressure and too high exhaust
pressure.
2. KP type pressure switch can also be used to start and stop refrigeration compressors and fans with air-cooled condensers.
3. The KP pressure switch has a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch, and the action point is determined according to the set
value of the pressure switch and the pressure at the interface.
4. The KP pressure switch can be equipped with enclosures with protection grades of IP30 and IP44.
5. KP2 has a very low differential value and can be used for ground pressure control.
6. KP6 can be used for high-pressure refrigerants (R410A, CO2).

4. Three units of four-digit LED products can be selected according to customer needs: Mpa, KG.F/CM2, PSI.
5. High and low pressure or liquid level alarm points can be set, and output to the control equipment through relays or optocouplers,
and output dual relay (single pole double throw) switching values.
6. Two relays/two optocouplers/with 4-20mA/0-10V output can be selected.
7. The high-precision pressure sensor is adopted, which has higher precision than mechanical pressure switches, small hysteresis,
fast response, stable and reliable; there is no dead zone in the adjustment, and the action pressure point of the relay can be set
rbitrarily within the entire range.
8. Use the buttons to adjust the action pressure, which is easy to use and more flexible; protection level: IP65, which can be used in
harsh environments.
