The FNV-120 is a V-type split air-cooled condenser designed for industrial cooling plants, commercial cold room facilities, and central air conditioning mainframes. Specifically optimized for R22 system retrofits and installations (as well as R404A, R507A, and R134a), this high-efficiency unit delivers a nominal heat exchange capacity of 39.6 kW to maintain stable condensing pressure and ensure smooth continuous operation under heavy cooling demands.

Commercial AC and refrigeration systems frequently suffer from high discharge temperatures, reduced compressor efficiency, and unexpected thermal trips during severe summer peak loads. The FNV-120 resolves these performance challenges with its 120 m² surface area heat exchanger, a 4×12 circuit copper coil structure, and two φ500 mm axial fans producing a total air volume of 2×6,500 m³/h. This layout optimizes heat transfer efficiency while maintaining moderate motor power draw at 2×414 W.

Built using seamless inner-grooved copper tubing mechanical-expanded into anti-corrosion aluminum fins, the FNV-120 is constructed for long service life in harsh environments. To ensure maximum reliability and prevent refrigerant leakage, every unit undergoes 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks prior to shipment.
