Refcomp SRC-S(W)-885 SRC-S-885-L4 Screw Type Refrigeration Compressor for Industrial Cold Room
SRC-S-885 screw refrigeration compressor
,Refcomp screw compressor for cold room
,industrial screw type refrigeration compressor
The semi-hermetic screw compressor uses matched bearing assemblies to handle axial and radial rotor loads. Precision rolling elements and wear-resistant raceways help reduce friction, vibration and operating noise.
The screw type refrigeration compressor incorporates a multi-stage oil separator with layered oil-mist filtration, achieving a stated separation efficiency of 99.85% to reduce oil carryover and maintain internal lubrication.
Six series-connected PTC thermistors work with the INT69 SNY module to monitor motor temperature, providing protection against overheating, reverse rotation and phase loss in this industrial refrigeration screw compressor.
The screw type refrigeration compressor supports partial-winding or star-delta starting configurations to reduce starting current. Suction-gas cooling helps maintain suitable motor temperatures during operation.

For screw type refrigeration compressor selection, provide the required cooling capacity, refrigerant, evaporating and condensing temperatures, and operating frequency. The SRC-S(W)-885 has a displacement of 1000 m³/h at 50Hz and 1200 m³/h at 60Hz, but actual cooling capacity must be verified against the manufacturer's performance data.
The compressor provides a 42mm economizer connection and a 10mm liquid injection connection. Verify the circuit arrangement, control requirements and operating conditions before incorporating these connections into the refrigeration system.
Check the oil level, electrical connections, motor protection settings and refrigerant piping. Confirm proper operation of the crankcase heater, complete system leak testing and evacuation, and follow the manufacturer's commissioning procedures.
Check the condensing pressure, suction conditions, refrigerant flow and oil condition. Compare the measured operating values against the manufacturer's limits and correct any abnormal conditions before continuing operation.
