RefComp's 5/6 asymmetric rotor profile helps this semi-hermetic screw compressor maintain smooth compression with reduced gas pulsation, vibration and operating noise.
Matched bearing assemblies support axial and radial rotor loads, while precision rolling elements and wear-resistant raceways help reduce friction, vibration and mechanical noise.
The air conditioning screw compressor features 360° rotatable suction and discharge shut-off valves for convenient piping connections. An internal discharge check valve helps prevent refrigerant backflow during shutdown.
For screw compressor HVAC systems, star-delta starting helps reduce starting current, while suction-gas cooling supports motor temperature control during operation.

For screw compressor HVAC selection, provide the required cooling capacity, refrigerant, evaporating and condensing temperatures, and operating frequency. The SW3H-7500 has a displacement of 205 m³/h at 50 Hz and 246 m³/h at 60 Hz, but actual cooling capacity must be verified against the manufacturer's performance data.
The HVAC screw compressor supports four capacity stages at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, or stepless regulation from 25% to 100%. Confirm the supplied regulation configuration and ensure the controller can manage capacity adjustments according to system demand.
Verify the star-delta starter wiring, phase sequence, motor protection settings, oil-line connection and refrigerant piping. Complete system leak testing, evacuation and other required pre-start inspections before commissioning.
For screw compressor HVAC troubleshooting, check condensing pressure, suction superheat, refrigerant flow and condenser performance. Compare the measured conditions with the manufacturer's operating limits and correct any abnormalities before continuing operation.
