As a screw compressor HVAC solution, the SW3H-25000 uses RefComp's 5/6 asymmetric rotor profile to support smooth compression while reducing gas pulsation, vibration and operating noise.
The semi-hermetic screw compressor uses a multi-bearing arrangement to support axial and radial rotor loads. High-precision bearing components and dedicated lubrication passages help reduce friction and mechanical noise.
An internal safety valve connects the high- and low-pressure sides, helping prevent excessive pressure differentials within the compressor and supporting safe system operation.
The compressor features a 25-bar working pressure design with optimized internal gas passages to reduce flow resistance. Its compact construction integrates the suction filter, shut-off valve and temperature sensor.
