1. Compressor fault detection
When the normal scroll compressor is in the cold state, the resistance between the three-phase terminals is approximately equal, about 2 ~ 5 Ω; The resistance between each terminal and the ground is infinite (generally greater than 10m Ω is considered infinite). If the resistance between the three-phase terminals is infinite, or the resistance between the terminal and the ground is very small, it is considered that the compressor has been burned.
The common symptoms of compressor burning include abnormal compressor operation sound, no exhaust temperature and pressure, burning and adhesion of main contact of contactor, tripping of power air switch during compressor start-up, etc.
